Headquarters building super honored

LATHAM-- Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General of New York, presents Division of Military and Naval Affairs headquarters building superintendent with an award marking his 36 years of service as a state employee during a retirement ceremony on April 28 at the headquarters building in Latham. Along with serving as a facilities employee, Olsen also served 23 years as a New York Army National Guard infantryman.
