Senior Chief Boatswain's Mate Elizebeth Spain rings "four bells" during the re-dedication ceremony of the U.S.S. Flusser bell at the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs in Latham, N.Y., February 25, 2020.

The day marked the 100th anniversary of the commissioning of the bell's ship, the U.S. Navy destroyer DD-289, U.S.S. Flusser in 1920. The bell is an artifact belonging to the New York State Military History Museum in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and will be displayed at the Division of Military and Naval Affairs.
