Former Adjutant General Retires

STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE --Diana German pins an Air Force retired pin onto the uniform of her husband Major General Anthony P. German during his retirement ceremony at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia N.Y. on Saturday Feb. 2 2019.German who served as Adjutant General of New York from April 2016 to October 2018 was commander of the 109th Airlift Wing which is based at Stratton from 2006 to 2010. German retired after 36 years of service.
