CST trains in helocasting at Fort Hamilton

FORT HAMILTON-- New York Army National Guard Capt. Robert Freed a mem ber of the 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team (CST) assists Sgt. 1st Class Jonathan Morris a combat medic assigned to the 24th CST rides in exiting a UH-60G Pavehawk helicopter during their annual helocasting certification event held at Fort Hamilton New York June 6 2018. Helocasting is a technique for inserting personnel in which they jump into water from a hovering helicopter.
