Former Adjutant General honored

SARATOGA NATIONAL CEMETERY--Soldiers of the New York Army National Guards Honor Guard fold an American flag for the family of Maj. Gen. Lawerence Flynn a former Adjutant General who died on Nov. 12 2017 during his burial ceremony at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery on November 17th 2017. In 1986 Maj. Gen. Flynn was appointed by Governor Mario Cuomo as the Adjutant General and Commander of the New York Army National Guard where he served until his retirement in June 1992.
