Citizens Prepardness Training held in Albany

ALBANY-Emergency Response experts from the New York State Office of Fire Prevention the National Weather Service and the New York State Emergency Mangement office join New York National Guard Lt. Justin Kupinski (foreground) and Staff Sgt. Patricia Austin in fielding questions from 220 residents who attended a National Guard led Citizens Preparedness Corps training session at the Times Union Center in Albany N.Y. on Monday March 21. Since Governor Andrew M. Cuomo launched the program in 2014 more than 100000 people have taken the emergency preparedness training.
