Great Neck, NY - New York Army National Guard Captain Stephen Totter, Citizen Preparedness Training Instructor leads a Citizens Emergency Preparedness Corps session held at the Great Neck Social Center in Great Neck (Long Island), NY on October 20th 2015. The event is part of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's continuing Citizen Preparedness Corps Training Program, which gives citizens the knowledge and tools to prepare for emergencies and disasters, respond accordingly, and recover as quickly as possible to pre-disaster conditions.
