56th Personal Service Battalion Colors Cased

LATHAM--New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Deborah Foley ( left) commander of the New York Army National Guard's 56th Personal Services Battalion and 1st Sgt. Erin Connell prepare to case the battalion colors during a deactivation ceremony Saturday, August 1, at New York National Guard headquarters.
The battalion is no longer required in the New York Army National Guard structure. The 300 Soldiers of the battlion have been reassigned to other commands.
