LATHAM-- The family of New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Paul Hulslander, affectionally known as "Papa Hooah Man" to his grandson, wait for him to arrive home from a 10 month deployment to Afghanistan on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs headquarters.
More than 300 members of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team returned to armories in Long Island, New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and the Capital Region as the last wave of soldiers finished outprocessing at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
